Privacy for the contact form

We process your email address, enquiry topic, chosen location and message, as well as optional name and phone details, to reply to you. For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general feedback, our legitimate interest in handling feedback under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This form cannot be processed without an email address and message; alternatively, you may call us.

Your message is emailed to our responsible team. Hosting and email providers assist with technical processing. There is no public publication, advertising use or automated decision-making. Messages are kept only as long as needed for handling them and meeting statutory retention duties.

To prevent misuse, the form stores an identifier derived from your IP address using a secret key, together with a sending identifier, for no more than 15 minutes. The form does not store the message text in the WordPress database. Technically necessary server logs may be generated separately by the hosting provider.

Within the legal framework, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@wtm-waescherei.de.
